Braised beef is so easy to make but it tastes absolutely fantastic. There are several things that I love about braising. It works perfectly fine with even the cheapest cuts of beef, the meat becomes super tender and it's extremely easy so even the most inexperienced home cooks can prepare it. It takes some time, but it's well worth it.
