Easy Cilantro Lime Chicken

Really good added some chipotle peppers in adobo and marinaded for a day

Very nice, husband had seconds. The lime was good to have, served with rice, home made guacamole which helped it along a bit, also sour cream, would make again.

I've substituted basil for the cilantro and it's just as good. Delicious!

I used boneless thighs. In the future I'd probably slice up the meat prior to cooking to prevent possible uncooked chicken. Otherwise excellent quick, yummy protein

Easily my favorite chicken recipe ever! So simple and delicious. Everyone I've made it for loves it! I diced up the chicken after it was cooked to use in burritos. Yum!
