Instructions

Step 1
First, wash and rinse the rice, then soak for 10 minutes in warm water and drain.

Next, in a medium pot on medium high heat, at the butter olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté the garlic for about two minutes.
Step 3
Then, add and they washed and drained rice followed by the 3 cups of water and one bullion cube.
Step 4
After that, gently sir and medium heat until the bouillon cube has melted then higher the heat to high for one minute. Cover the pot and lower the heat to simmer. Cook the rice for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Once the rice is cooked remove the lid and fluff the rice with a fork.
