Southern Pea Salad

This was good however, I didn't make it exactly as written. I left out the eggs, used only one 10 ounce bag of peas, & added about 2 tsp of sugar. If I made again, I would cut back on the amount of cheese & add more bacon. I also suggest buying a large bag of peas and adding to mixture until it's the consistency you like. I like mine saucy so 10 ounces was enough for me.
