This recipe was okay. It took me a while to separate the florets. Definitely could use less butter and it needs a binder to make the crumbs stick better I think. Not too spicy. I also put half a tsp of sugar.

Might be good to mix with some egg white to making the breading stick better. Full time is good - might need up to 15 minutes to really harden
