Step 1
MAKE THE CRAB FILLING
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together crab meat, cream cheese, sour cream, scallions, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and 1/2 a cup of shredded cheese. Mix together well.

MAKE THE WONTON CHIPS
Step 4
Cut the wonton wrappers in half diagonally to create a triangular chip shape.
Step 5
In a frying pan, add about 1/2 an inch of oil over medium heat. Let the oil get hot, about 350°F. Do not exceed this temperature or they'll fry too fast and burn. (THEY CAN ALSO BE BAKED. SPRAY WITH COOKING SPRAY AND BAKE AT 400 FOR 6-8 MINUTES)
Step 6
Drop the wonton wrappers in, making sure not to overcrowd them. Fry in batches. Once they are golden, take out of the oil and transfer to plate with a paper towel to drain any excess oil.
Step 7
Season with a light pinch of salt and set aside.

ASSEMBLY AND BAKING
Step 9
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 10
Add the crab filling to your baking tray, You can use one large dish or small individual dishes.
Step 11
Cover the top with cheese and pop in the oven to bake for 15 minutes.
Step 12
After 15 minutes, turn the oven to broil just for 2 to 3 minutes until the top is bubbly and golden.
Step 13
Take out of the oven and add a drizzle of sweet chili sauce on top and more green onions and cilantro.
Step 14
Serve warm with wonton chips on the side to enjoy!
