Cottage Cheese with Cucumber and Dill
Instructions
Prep:2minCook:2min
I've got a favorite go-to recipe to share - Cottage Cheese with Cucumber and Dill. It's not just tasty, but also gentle on your healing stomach, high in protein (28g per serving), and so quick to prepare. Although this is a great recipe for your soft food phase after surgery, this can be a nice recipe to keep handy forever. The cottage cheese provides the protein we need, while the cucumber adds a refreshing touch that's not too heavy. Then, there's the dill, it adds this wonderful herby flavor that ties everything together. You can either enjoy it straight up or chill it in the fridge for a while to let the flavors blend even more. Whichever way you prefer, it's truly a simple delight.
