I subbed the milk with chicken soup, increased the garlic and added a lot more cheese in the later half of the bake. For the initial bake it took WAY longer than the 20 minutes suggested. I probably cooked it for about an hour, and an extra 20-30 minutes once the cheese was added. I liked it and it was easy to do, but took most of my evening!
