Crockpot Honey Garlic Meatballs

These are so good I make 3lbs at a time!

Had to supplement honey with brown sugar but still turned out great!!

Sauce was very thin had to add cornstarch! Also added sesame seeds. Made with Lo mein noodles

I'm sure this is good, but I've got a tomato allergy so I replaced the ketchup with apple cider vinegar and I recommend not doing the same.

Put some of the sauce with some broccoli as well and it was delicious

Very salt. I would recommend half the honey, half the soy sauce and replacing with water or unsalted broth

Over all pretty good. A little salty for me and the sauce didn't thicken like I would like for it to. Next time I'll likely use 1/4 of the soy sauce (I did use low sodium and still too salty for me) and I'll prob add a little more ketchup to add more acid to balance the salt and sweet.

I followed the recipe I just added fresh parsley and green onions. Its so easy and tasty!

It was okay but I probably will not make again. I did not use frozen meatballs, mine were thawed but that did not really make much of a difference. The sauce never thickened like other comments said so by the time I ate the meatballs, there was not a ton of extra flavor added so made the recipe really not worth it.

We’re definitely not a frozen meatball family. If I ever get the wild idea to make this dish again I’d make the meatballs from scratch.

Too salty and too sweet but still missing something I cannot put my finger on. If I made it again I’d try cutting down on the honey and soy sauce and amping up the spice with a chili oil.

Both of my picky eaters loved this dish! We seeved it with rice and steamed veggies. This came together so quickly which made it even better!

Super Tasty! I used a whole onion and served them on bread with cheese as meatball sandwiches. They was a lot of liquid left over but it makes a great dip for the sandwiches.

Sauce needs to be thicker.

I adjusted for 1 pound of meatballs and added a bit more honey and made a big mistake not using low sodium soy sauce!! Almost too salty but still was good definitely will try again sometime!

These savory, yet sweet meatballs pairs amazingly with white rice. It is husband approved and I think will easily end up being a go-to meal!

Used fresh meatballs couldn’t find frozen so adjusted cooking time to 5hours. Absolutely lovely.
