4onions
1 bulbgarlic
100mlshaoxing wine
150mlsoy sauce
100mlSriracha Hot Chilli Sauce

Instructions
Step 1
Put everything in a slow cooked. Dice onions and throw them in. Chop garlic and throw it in. Short ribs can go in from fridge or frozen.
Step 2
Cook on slow cooker for 48 hours. Many say 24 hours enough -- but I like 48 hours.

I serve this with steamed rice. I put 5 cups of rice in a pyrex glass bowl, fill bowl with water (leave 1.5cm gap from top of bowl) and put in microwave for 20 minutes. Comes out cooked and ready to eat.
