Inspired by the viral (and delicious!) Hailey Bieber pizza toast, I’ve been enjoying this cottage cheese pizza toast on repeat, and I think you will too! It’s made on crusty sourdough that’s topped with your favourite pasta sauce, high-protein cottage cheese, fresh pesto, parmesan and spicy chili flakes. The trick here is to use a good quality pasta sauce (look for one with simple ingredients) and fresh pesto. I like to keep it simple, but you can easily add on ingredients like pepperoni, olives, or mushrooms to customize it with your favourite pizza toppings.
