Instructions
Step 1
Mix plain flour, salt, oil together.
Step 2
add water as required to make a soft dough
Step 3
Knead well. Once kneaded well, take a little oil in your palm to coat the dough. Rest the dough for 15 mins
Step 4
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Step 5
Roll one dough, spread a little ghee or oil. Cut the chapati with a pizza cutter like you would be making lettuces in.
Step 6
Gather all the lettuces together and twist them together to make a ball again.
Step 7
Again roll the paratha to your desired thickness (I like it thin). and roast it on a tawa or a pan. 30 seconds on each side. spread a little ghee or oil on both sides whilst cooking.
Step 8
Take the paratha out on plate lined with a kitchen towel. Scrunch it up a little bit to separate the layers. Enjoy hot with Tadka daal or Chicken Tikka :)
