Cornflake Chicken

I think it needs flour or something before the egg wash to make this stick better. I cut chicken breast into strips. I might marinade them or brine them before I make them next time. These refrigerated well but need to be microwaved and then crisped in air fryer. Reheating in air fryer takes forever and the internal temp doesn't quite get hot enough for my liking withour burning cornflakes

Made 2 separate flavours, one as is and one with corn flakes and 1 tsp ranch powder. Picture is of leftovers - 4 chicken breasts that I halved to make cutlets.

Juicy...next time will try it in the air fryer...

Soak chicken in buttermilk and then put your spices in the buttermilk
