Crockpot Chipotle Honey Pot Roast Tacos

Like, it was fine but didn’t pull apart and wasn’t filling

The meat tasted like a dry rub. I didn’t find it had much flavor other than dry spice. Not my kind of tacos but it was nice to have in the slow cooker.

Just made my beef this way, didn’t make the full tacos but very good

Unfortunately I got sick so was unable to have this for dinner but my husband loved it. And I quote "these were the messiest tacos I've ever had but the best you've ever made". High praise from the man that never says anything. We are older and over the last 40 years I've made all kinds of tacos with a variety of meats. Followed many different recipes, yet this is the first he's commented on. I used a 2# chuck roast so I cut the seasoning in half but I used the full amount of liquids. I cut the onion by 3/4. Only used 1/2 an onion and it was more than enough. I fresh squeezed the orange juice. Did it in the crock pot and it probably took 6- 6 1/2 hours to cook.
