Ingredients: 2 cups warm water; 1 stick melted butter (cooled slightly); 1 ½ tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar or Vodka; 1 tablespoon kosher salt; 5 ½ to 6 cups all-purpose flour; 1/2 tablespoon baking powder; 2 teaspoon baking soda; ½ tablespoon Kent Rollins’ Chili Seasoning (or chili powder); 1 yellow onion (finely chopped); 2 tablespoons butter; 1 tablespoon dried oregano; 3 garlic cloves minced; ½ pound ground beef 80/20; ½ pound pork sausage; 1 4 ounce can diced green chilies; ⅓ cup diced orange bell pepper; 1 jalapeno stemmed and seeded (finely chopped); 1 tablespoon Kent Rollins’ Mesquite Seasoning (or salt and pepper); ½ tablespoon smoked paprika; 8 ounces mozzarella cheese cut into ½ to 1 inch cubes; 8 ounces pepper jack cheese cut into 1 inch cubes; Oil for frying
