Instructions

Step 1
In your food processor, place the pecans and almond flour.
Step 2
Process until mealy.
Step 3
Add the agave nectar and process again until sticky.
Step 4
Press the crust into a square pan lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Pour the heavy cream into your electric mixer.
Step 6
Mix on high until it begins to look like whip cream, about 2 – 3 minutes.
Step 7
Add the splash of vanilla and agave nectar.
Step 8
Mix again until combined.
Step 9
Spread the whip out on top of the nutty crust.
Step 10
Top with berries in a flag pattern.
Step 11
Store in the fridge until ready to eat.
Step 12
If you want it to be ice cream-like, place it in the freezer for a few hours before serving.
