Instructions

Step 1
Pour the milk into a deep plate and set aside.
Step 2
Place the liquid cream and the whisks in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, wash and clean your strawberries. Slice half of them into thin slices for decorating the sides of your serving glasses, and chop the other half into small pieces. Set aside.
Step 4
After 15 minutes in the freezer, whip the cream with the mascarpone, strawberry flavoring, vanilla powder, and powdered sugar until the mixture is smooth. You can add a splash of milk if the mixture is too thick.
Step 5
To assemble, quickly dip some biscuits in milk for 1-2 seconds and place them at the bottom of your serving glass.
Step 6
Place a few thin slices of strawberries against the sides of your glasses.
Step 7
On top of the biscuits, add some strawberry purée and some chopped fresh strawberries. Then, layer the whipped cream mixture on top.
Step 8
Smooth the top layer of cream, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Step 9
Just before serving, sprinkle some crushed pink lady finger biscuits on top of the dessert, and garnish with a fresh strawberry. Enjoy!
