Pierogi and Kielbasa Sheet Pan Dinner

I love this recipe and have made it multiple times. Even better if you take the time to make homemade pierogies.

Although delicious, it was very oily and the edges of the pierogi got too hard to bite.

This is pretty easy (except flipping the pierogi). Cut the cabbage thinly so it cooks in time. Not everyone in my family likes the vinaigrette, could probably halve it for a less greasy experience.

According to my husband: "this is much better than he thought it would be!" This meal takes little to no effort. I didn't put as much kielbasa in. I cooked it for 30 after I flipped the peirogies, and they were a little over cooked. Still tasty.
