3garlic cloves

1 cupbreadcrumbs
½ cupketchup
½ tspmustard
1egg
1oxo cube
2 tblspWorcestershire sauce
seasoning
FOR THE GLAZE
Instructions
Step 1
Pre Heat oven to 200°c
Step 2
In a large bowl, add together all ingredients for the meatloaf and mix with hands until fully combined
Step 3
Put meatloaf in the Centre of the Oven for 40 mins.
Step 4
In a small bowl, whisk the glaze ingredients together
Step 5
Cover the meatloaf with the glaze mix and return to the oven for 25 minutes.
Step 6
Allow meatloaf to rest for 20 Minutes before slicing to avoid Crumbling
