New Go-To for sure! Everyone loved it and went back for seconds! And there was leftovers!
I used flour tortillas like some other people had mentioned! Also substituted the blue cheese with ranch. Added mozzarella cheese. Mixed in some Creole and garlic salt instead of the other seasonings.
Turned out great! Will definitely be making this again soon!
