Buffalo Chicken Enchiladas

Prefers another kind of hot sauce

Subbed half hot sauce for mild buffalo and blue cheese dressing for ranch

More chicken, less cream cheese for the filling

⭐⭐⭐—liked it. We used the chicken we had in the refrigerator instead of rotisserie. The corn tortillas were a little dry—if we make it again, I would opt for flour. Overall, not bad, but not a go-to.

Fantastic spin on enchiladas. I did use four tortillas but am sure they would be delicious with corn. Love it!

This has so much cheese! It was OK but we won't make these again. Might be better with half the cream cheese and add more chicken.

Very spicy. Need to find a way to cut the Buffalo sauce down while keeping it saucy enough. But the flavor of the filling was very 😋 yum.

the best enchiladas me and my family have ever had

i added black beans as well and they tasted amazing, didn’t have franks hot sauce so i used valentines and it still tasted really good.

I don't like blue cheese so I substituted feta cheese, and I thought it was pretty good.

Used chicken breasts, flour tortillas, and left out the blue cheese.

I loved it. My husband said it was too spicy. I'll make it again but a small batch for me to have on my own.

This was delicious! I baked 2 chicken breasts, which made 16oz, cut into small strips with salt, pepper & cumin on top. I then shredded the chicken in my Ninja blender. I also used Ken's Buffalo sauce because I don't like it too spicy. It still was a bit spicy for me. I filled 12 corn tortillas. I found it to be really filling and very rich, but tasted really good!

New Go-To for sure! Everyone loved it and went back for seconds! And there was leftovers! I used flour tortillas like some other people had mentioned! Also substituted the blue cheese with ranch. Added mozzarella cheese. Mixed in some Creole and garlic salt instead of the other seasonings. Turned out great! Will definitely be making this again soon!

It was spicy and I loved it

I loved how easy this was, and how much it made, but it ended up being way too rich for me. I’m a fan of each of the ingredients, but I had a hard time eating it after it was all together.

I used just plain Franks hot sauce and ranch. I liked it, fam wasn’t crazy about it.

Very easy to make and even more delicious than I expected! Tasted great with the blue cheese. Next time I may dice up some jalapeños and add to the filling for a little spice.

It tasted like Buffalo chicken dip wrapped in a tortilla it wasn’t anything crazy or new for us. It was fine but I probably wouldn’t make it again

Doesn’t look amazing, but I wanted to make it low carb so I mixed it all together and warmed it in a pan, and just ate the filling without the tortilla.

I used a dairy free buffalo sauce, vegan cheddar shreds, and substituted tofutti sour cream for the cream cheese as a lactose free version and I loved that it was just as creamy as the original. And really yummy!

Sub yogurt for blue cheese

Halved recipe for 2 people and used ranch instead of blue cheese.

Amazing! I skipped the blue cheese and the butter, added ranch to top it off.

It's definitely super bowl food rather than dinner food. The buffalo is super strong
