Baked Shrimp and Broccoli Foil Packs with Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce

The broccoli and shrimp were really good. I roasted the broccoli for 15 minutes, then put the shrimp in the pan and roasted for another 10-15 minutes more. (I did not use foil.) We used small (61-70 count) shrimp, but I'd recommend using jumbo shrimp instead.

Made this on the stove instead of oven..worked out well.

More seasoning needed on shrimp.

Made this with a jacket potato and it was amazing. Definitely will be a regular meal at ours. Added lots of garlic

I'm not going to lie. I just made this recipe for the baked shrimp. Followed the shrimp seasoning and did put it in foil and baked. Excellent! Served with white beans and spinach and pan seared scallops. Baked the shrimp for 15 minutes.

Sadly, I didn’t get a picture. Because I love garlic and spicy…..I added extra garlic and pepper flakes 😋. I cooked my packets for about 17 minutes, then let them sit for another 3 after taking them out of the oven; both the shrimp and broccoli were perfect 😊

Very easy and versatile. Had to cook for 30 min, not 15. Added sliced onion, garlic cloves, and whole jalepeno. Served with ginger, jicama and apple slaw

Definitely will make again, but I'll cook the broccoli separately. It wasn't as cooked as I like.

Not bad, little too much Italian herbs for me. Next time will blanch the broccoli. Didn't use chilli flakes but still needs alittle something else

Quick and easy. Doubled the shrimp, didn't have onion powder so just added slices of onion to foil packets. Served with some leftover rice. Super delish!
