Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
In a large baking dish, combine rice, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and mix well.
Step 3
Place chicken thighs or breasts on top of rice mixture and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45-50 minutes.
Step 5
Remove foil, stir rice, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
Step 6
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.
