Honey Mustard Chicken & Potatoes (ONE PAN)

I dont have a large enough oven safe pan so when I transferred to a baking dish, I lost some of the sauce. Next tine I will double the sauce.

Green beans needed a little more cooking. Id recommend putting them in 5 minutes earlier.

Made with chicken breasts - mistake. Will make with either boneless, skinless chicken thighs or bone-in for more moisture and sauté-simmer on stovetop. The oven dried the chicken out. Just a few peaks and tweaks needed. 😉

This was excellent except the green beans didn't cook all the way. Next time I would steam them for about 5-7 min before putting them in the oven with the potatoes and chicken.

Less honey

Need more time to prepare, and I added a cup of water for the sause instead of a tablespoon . It also did not say if you should peal the red potatoes, be sure not to it gives extra colour to the dish.

Very easy and delicious. You can use chicken breast instead of thighs if you prefer. I chopped mine up so it would cook about the same time.

Loved the taste. Had to reduce. Cooking time since I didn't have bone in chicken. The sauce stuck to the bottom of the pan so might cover it and add some extra liquid next time.

It’s great but it took longer than expected :)

I made this for lunch meal prep and it held up well in the fridge all week. I added cherry tomatoes to the green beans otherwise I followed the recipe. Will make again!

Went over well. I covered it in the oven for the first 30 min before adding the beans so had to simmer it on the stove to reduce the sauce. Won't do that next time as beans came out overcooked.

So good it's bound to become a regular

Was very tasty. Kids complained that I used chicken legs as there was bones but soon got over it once they tasted it!.

I didn't have a big enough skillet so after I had seared the chicken I had mixed the chicken, sauce, potatoes and veggies in a bowl and then placed everything on a foil lined baking sheet.

I would say it needs a side of veg, but everyone loved the flavour

Great balance of mustard and honey. Not nearly as sweet as other honey mustard recipes. Might need a little more salty/savory.

Made a bunch of adjustments for the other parts of the recipe based on what we had, but we used the sauce part of the recipe and it was bang-on! Absolutely delicious.

Delicious. Missed the bone in memo. Cooked faster (30 min in oven instead of 40) than the instructions which was fine. Potatoes where not crispy. Will probably make again.

My husband and kid loved this, and once it’s in the oven you can just leave it so it’s pretty easy.
