Instructions
Step 1
1– Preheat your oven to 400°
Step 2
2– Cut the spine, the fat and the tips off of the chicken, wash then pat dry
Step 3
3– In a bowl mix together the spices, lemon juice and olive oil
Step 4
4– Spread half of the spice mixture on the chicken massage it in

5– Cut and wash the vegetables
Step 6
6– Use the other half of the spice mixture and season the vegetables with it
Step 7
7– Place the chicken and the vegetables on a baking pan
Step 8
8– Into the oven it goes at 400° for about 1 hour and 20 minutes depending on the size of your chicken or until the internal temperature hits 165° And enjoy!!!
