Instructions

Step 1
In a large pot place chicken pieces, celery, carrots, onion, seasonings, bay leaves, 1 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Add 4 cups of broth and 2 cups of water with 1 tbsp bouillon. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 2 hours or until chicken is desired tenderness.
Step 2
Once chicken is completed cooking, shred or dice as desired and return to pot. Remove Bay leaves and serve over desired noodles.
