Amatriciana chicken traybake

Really enjoyed. Would next time try balsamic vinegar with the chilli and tomato, garlic paste. Deseeded chilli is not too hot. Bread is a great accompaniment.

Would skip the tomatoes next time. None of us like them. Could use a little less pancetta. Toddler ate a bit (after I took the salad off his plate). Husband said it was "all right" (but didn't eat salad or tomatoes)
