Creamy Beef & Tomato Pasta Shells — Shell pasta coated in a savory ground beef cream sauce, simmered with tomatoes and aromatic herbs, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.

It was so simple to make, and it was absolutely delicious

I subbed the sour cream for cream cheese and it was delicious!

I didn't have heavy cream or yogurt so I just used cream cheese. Worked out pretty well. Kids loved it. My husband said he was glad it tasted better than it looked 🤣 o

Very hearty and rich, good for a winter dinner. We used milk and yogurt instead of cream and sour cream - it still came out good. Quite heavy though, so won't be making too often

tried this one last night! it was absolutely delicious and super easy! I did use more ingredients like beef and sauce. I also used angel hair pasta instead of shells.

I added more marinara, beef stock, and extra cheese. I cooked down the beef stock and marinara mixture for longer. This gave it a bolder flavor for sure and also it made more sauce, and helped it keep for leftovers instead of it all absorbing into the noodles. I also added red pepper flakes.

It was very good the night we made it, not so much for leftovers which is a bummer for something that makes so much.

Go one way or another more. Either more Italian or more gravy like

This took a ton of ingredients, but I really liked how it turned out. It was full of flavor.
