Instructions

Step 1
Sauce • Reserve a few tablespoons of tomato sauce before putting it on the stove • Heat with basil and 4 sliced garlic gloves on a pan with olive oil • Remove basil when it starts to brown • Add tomatoes • Salt and pepper • Bring up to boil and then simmer

Meatballs • Chop parsley • Add reserved tomatoes sauce with the cream • Add the eggs • Add chopped parsley • Add the breadcrumbs • Add pecorino cheese • Add 3 grated garlic gloves • Add salt and pepper • Salt the meat • Combine with meat until it has the right consistency, should hold shape without being too wet • Make the balls • Brown meatballs in a pan with olive sauce • Add meatballs to sauce and let cook for 1 hr

Serve with cheese and garnish with parsley
