Super simple and easy! I ended up adding a packet of taco seasoning and it was great!! Makes a ton and is a great mid-week quick fix!

Never again

I only used one box of mac & cheese as I was making this for 2 people. It seemed bland to me. I used Mild Rotel. Maybe use Sausage instead of ground beef.
