Instructions
Step 1
Cube the potatoes and chop the carrots into bite sized pieces. Mince garlic and slice shallots/onions
Step 2
In a large pot, heat up some oil and toss in the garlic and shallots. Fry these until aromatic and slighly browned.
Step 3
Add the ground beef and cook until no longer raw.
Step 4
Add the potatoes, carrots, tomato sauce, fish sauce, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix this all up and cover. Simmer until potatoes and carrots are soft.
Step 5
Finally, add the peas. Turn off the heat once the peas are hot.
Step 6
Serve with rice!
