Crispy Sheet-Pan Black Bean Tacos

SO salty. I’d cut 1tsp salt down to 1/3 or even 1/4tsp.

This is my favorite taco recipe. Cheap, easy, nutritious, quick. Make sure you warm your tortillas before rolling. If you don't, your tortillas will break instead of fold. I stick mine on the same baking sheet in the oven for a couple minutes while the beans are going. Sometimes I add shredded chicken for extra protein.

Didn't fold very easily. Pretty good. Not as quick as the recipe seems.

Added a large can of green chilis, cumin, Chipotle, garlic and lime

Use quesadilla cheese

The tortillas were hard to cut. Maybe next time dont flip them.

They were amazing we did with flour tortillas and was even better

Great basic recipe. Can see elevating it with other ingredients too. I personally doubled the recipe and it was perfect for 4. You’d have left overs if you plan to accompany it with something else. I would have it with salsa and sour cream. Sprinkle some green onions on top.

Made these, liked them, but they did not turn out crispy. Tasty, just not crispy.
