½ cupmayonnaise
2 tablespoonsolive oil
1 tablespoonlemon juice
2garlic cloves

⅕ teaspoonsalt
Aioli sauce
tomato
sliced
pickles
jalapeño
lettuce

Instructions
Step 1
In a medium skillet on medium heat, sear the cubed chicken with olive oil, stirring continuously for about eight minutes or until the chicken has cooked.
Step 2
Once the chicken is cooked, turn off the heat and drain out any excess water. Keep the chicken in the skillet.
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise with the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil, white vinegar, ketchup, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and chopped parsley.
Step 4
Assemble the sub bread with a spread of aioli sauce, chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. Toast your sub and enjoy warm!

In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt until well combined.
