Sticky Asian Ribs (in the OVEN) Recipe

These were good! I'd recommend 3 hours at 275. Then before pouring sauce on, cut ribs into singles, sauce it, toss back in oven to broil for 5 minutes.

These are AMAZING. Instead of putting dry mustard in the rub, I brushed the ribs with mild dijon mustard, rubbed the rub into that, and threw some more over top. Stir fried some spicy rice to go with it. Seriously. Amazing.

So good! This was the second time I made these, and both times were fantastic. Very tender, and the flavor is incredible. I will keep this recipe close by for sure. Don't hesitate to make this awesome recipe this week.
