Cream of Mushroom Pork Chops

Not my favorite, but okay.

I used 3 thick boneless pork chops and it came out really good. I suggest doubling the recipe if you’re using more chops than that so that you get more gravy.

Clearly, the Worcestershire and small amount of Dijon give a fantastic punch of flavour. You definitely would not want to use too much Dijon though or it could easily overpower the rue. The homemade meatballs destroy a store bought meatball in this dish but would work well when you’re in a hurry.
