Best Egg Salad Recipe

Easy and simple recipe. I added salt, pepper, and a little paprika

Is it The Best? No, but it is a good, basic recipe and the ratios are right. I leave out the dill because I find it too strong to add straight but I do add a little pickle relish, so I get a hint of it.. I usually go a bit heavier on the mustard and add a tiny shake of cayenne to brighten it up a bit, but that's a personal preference not a flaw with the recipe. Sometimes I add a little minced green bell pepper and a pinch of celery seed if I want to add more complexity, but the celery and green onion are fine with no other veggies.

3 tsp of fresh dill equals one teaspoon of dill weed.
