The Best Authentic Beef Enchiladas

Still getting used to the app so did not realise that there is quite a long cook time on this. Very tasty and popular with the family.

This was WELL worth the wait! The steak tastes incredible and the sauce is perfect sweet with a bit of a kick (I added a bit of cayenne to spice it up). We’re going to try it again next week with chicken👏🏼

Kind of a pain in the butt to make but totally worth it

Came out great! Pre-made the meat ahead of time to cut down on cook time!
