Soft and Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

New favorite recipe! Made it 3xs so far and here goes the 4th! I only use brown sugar.

Really enjoyed these cookies! Cinnamon is very subtle so if you like it strongnid add a bit more. They are quite sweet too, may try reducing the sugar next time. But lovely tasting cookies.

I'm not normally a raisin fan but these turned out great.

I’ve made plenty of oatmeal raisin cookies for my husband and this one hit the nail on the head. I used 1/2 cup coconut sugar, whole wheat flour instead of all purpose and ghee instead of butter. My kids liked them too :) thank you for the recipe!

This is my go to cookie recipe. SO good. Made them so many times.

Baked for 15min and perfect. Soft with a slight chew. Perfect amount of raisins

recipe doubled At 120/118 gms, about 10 cookies. 15 min

I replaced the raisins with cranberries and white chocolate. Delicious!

Might add a bit more sugar if you plan to use nuts. Added nore cinnamon.
