Add peas for veggies and varied flavor, lots of seasoning, swap Swiss cheese for anything smoked or spicy, halve the amount of meat, and definitely do more than 8oz of noodles. I also just melted butter in the microwave and mixed it with parmesan and breadcrumbs, it crisped up perfectly in the oven.

I seasoned the chicken well with salt and pepper when I oven roasted it. Turned out absolutely delicious!
