½ cupyellow bell pepper

1 Tbsolive oil
sea salt
to taste
10kalamata olives
pitted and chopped
3dates
pitted and chopped
½ cupchickpeas
¼ cuppinenuts
toasted
0.5avocado
diced
2 Tbstahini
drizzled on top
Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl mix together Brussel sprouts, kale, lemon juice and zest, sea salt and olive oil and massage for several minutes to break them down, making them more palatable and easy to digest.
Step 2
Then in the remaining of the ingredients and mix together.
