Instructions

Step 1
Add all the ingredients I have listed above to your instant pot except for the basil. Use heavy cream instead of milk for a richer soup.
Step 2
Set your pot for 12 minutes on the veggies mode.
Step 3
Once they are cooked, add the fresh basil.
Step 4
Puree all the ingredients with an immersion blender until you have a creamy soup consistency.
Step 5
If the soup is too thick, you can add some more milk or heavy cream and mix till you get a perfect consistency.
