The Best Broccoli Cheese Soup (Better-Than-Panera Copycat)

Hands down, the best soup to eat during this January cold snap! So creamy and cheesy good. Made this as directed, and turned out perfect.

I'm not a fan of carrots, and that's all I could taste.

Need to make in the smaller Dutch oven so the veggies can simmer better. Was very thick, might try on the lowest setting

Very good flavor, but super cheesy! Definitely good to have with a salad, and not just on its own.

Delicious! I didn’t add paprika or dry mustard. Those who like spice sprinkled with red pepper flakes. Doubled for family of 6. Recipe ingredient list forgets the extra butter for making the roux
