Single Serve Chocolate Chip Cookie

subbed in avocado oil instead of butter. left out the white granulated sugar entirely. could probably do fine with just 3 or 3 1/2 tbsp brown sugar, honestly. added cacao nibs and walnuts. baked in the air fryer, so it finished a bit sooner. soft and chewy. hits the spot for a cookie craving.
