or adjust to taste
1 teaspoonkasuri methi
crushed
½ teaspoonsalt
or to taste
1lemon
small, juice of
2 tablespoonscilantro
chopped
2 tablespoonsmint
chopped
300 gramspaneer cubes
around 2 heaping cups of cubes paneer
1red onion
large, cut into 1 inch cubes
1bell pepper
large, cut into 1 inch cubes, I used mix of red and green peppers
