Do not have a bundt pan so I'm using two 10X8 pans in a toaster oven @350 turned out really well baked for 30 to 35 minutes. Center was tricky, but all in all a success

I only used 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder instead of tablespoons.

Not the flavor I've come to love of the apple cider donuts at the orchard. Bland, received with mediocre responses
