Instructions
Step 1
Heat large pan to medium high and blister tomatoes for 3-4 minutes.
Step 2
Turn heat down to medium and add olive and cook tomatoes until slightly soft for another 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Smash them and add minced garlic, onion salt and pepper.
Step 4
Next add white wine and simmer until sauce thickens.
Step 5
Mix in chopped basil and about ¼ cup pasta water and finish cooking pasta in sauce.
Step 6
Top with crumbled feta.
