Under 30 minutes

Used chili oil and two cloves garlic instead of Chile crisp. Half cup Greek yogurt and half cup coconut milk instead of heavy cream. 12oz spinach spaghetti instead of fettuccine. Used extra 1.5oz spinach leaves and could still use more. DELICIOUS.
