Perfect every time, I bake till an instant read thermometer hits 200 and it always sets

There was a lot of freezing involved in this recipe as I did "gild the lily" and add the chocolate. I would perhaps have frozen slightly less before parbaking as I feel the bottom didn't bake as much as I wanted. I made this two days in advance. It was waayyy better after 4 days so perhaps I will make it further in advance next time!
