S’mores Ice-Cream Sandwich

The great thing about s’mores is that it’s relevant across the seasons. It’s cozy enough to be a winter vibe, but also the camping connotation makes it feel like summer. So today, I’m posting this because it reminds me of the fall - and I’m going to be making this with my friends for Friendsgiving!

Instructions

Step 1
Take a scoop of chocolate icecream and add it on top of a graham cracker. Put 2 cubes of chocolate on top of the icecream.
Step 2
Roast 2 marshmallows either over a stove. I like burning it so that it gets mushy-- but if you're a golden-shmellow kinda person then go for it.
Step 3
Add the 2 cooked marshmallows over the chocolate. Smush it into sandwich form by adding another graham cracker on top.
