Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Extremely flavorful parmesan chicken without any egg or breading. Made in the air fryer for a super hands off process. Serve as a main dish, on top of your favorite pasta dish, or anything else!

2 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder
¾ tspDried Oregano
dried
¾ tspParsley
dried
¾ tspRed Pepper Flakes
use more or less/omit based on spice preference
½ tspsalt
¼ cupparmesan cheese grated
1 TbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil
more or less to coat chicken
1 lbBoneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
buy thin sliced chicken or pound until thin
Instructions
Step 1
Combine seasonings and parmesan cheese in a bowl
Step 2
Rub olive oil onto chicken then coat in seasoning mixture. Press in the seasoning mixture so it sticks to the chicken.
Step 3
Place chicken in the air fryer at 375 degrees. Cook for 8 minutes then flip and cook for 8 minutes on the other side.
