Step 1
1. Slice cucumbers
2. Add salt to cucumbers, mix, and set aside for 30 minutes
Step 2
1. Combine rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, soy sauce, water, and chili oil in a small bowl. Mix.
Step 3
1. Wash the cucumbers at least twice with water to get rid of excess salt.
2. Add sliced garlic, fresno chili, and sauce mix to the cucumbers and mix evenly.
3. Wrap and leave in fridge for at least two hours.
4. Drizzle with chili oil before serving and enjoy!
